Job descriptionBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership across FP&A, operations finance, or sales operations. Experience in CRO, pharma services, or life sciences preferred. Proven track record in PE-backed, growth-oriented organizations. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence across functions. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution. Financial Planning And Analysis Leader
The leader of financial planning and analysis is a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading the company's FP&A function. This individual will bring strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to support scalable growth within a private equitybacked CRO.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with corporate, commercial and business unit leadership and CFO to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and business performance reviews.
- Prepare financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and board presentations.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations.
- Support commercial teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
- Provide financial modelling and analytical support to M&A activities.
- Oversee development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and oversight to other members of the FP&A team.
