This full-time contract position is based in Bernalillo, NM, where you will play an integral role in enhancing the communication skills of students through tailored speech-language pathology services.
Qualifications :
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in therapy

Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needsDevelop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on assessment resultsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' goalsMaintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as requiredProvide direct therapy services and ensure consistency in IEP implementationParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environmentBenefits :
