Sr. Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, including developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
