Elite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting an Inventory Cycle Counter on behalf of a leading U.S.-based manufacturer located in Pompano Beach, FL. This position plays a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and reconciliation of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. We’re seeking a detail-driven and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and values precision, teamwork, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily cycle counts across all warehouse areas.
  • Ensure all materials are stored in the correct locations.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged items.
  • Recount materials when necessary to ensure accuracy.
  • Open cartons, bundles, and containers to count or weigh materials.
  • Follow company safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to learn forklift operation.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Preferred experience in inventory control, reconciliation, or cycle counting.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
