Job Description :

We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group .

• Our practice offers a collegial environment with 4 family medicine physicians, 1 internal medicine physician, 1 pediatrician, 5 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners who are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff
• We are looking for an advanced practitioner that would like to plant roots in the community and stay with our practice long-term, as we pride ourselves on having an exceptional team culture, and many of our providers and staff have been in the practice for 10-15+ years
• This role would divide time between our main primary care office (where you would see patients of all ages for the full breadth of primary care services) and our walk-in clinic (for immediate care services)
• Offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends
• Blackhawk Medical Group is part of BASS Medical Group, which is a well-established multispecialty network comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties, affording our practice exceptional support and referral patterns

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a large medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.

The salary range for this role is $166,400-187,200 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
