A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical and Clinical Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency Monitor quality activities and identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED 2+ years of experience in an Operations / Production environment or in a supervisory role Experience in coaching or training employees Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules
