• Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with lead teachers to implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Assist in supervising and actively engaging with children during classroom activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social emotional and cognitive growth
• Support lead teachers in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines including snack time nap time and outdoor play
• Provide individual attention and support to children as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents staff and management
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and professional development activities
• Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare preschool or educational setting preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic classroom environment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
