Dunkin' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our location.
Responsibilities
- Job Description : Assist the General Manager in managing store operations and staff on a daily basis.
- Execution of Company Policies : Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and ethical business practices.
- Team Management : Select, orient and train crew members.
- Leadership : Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
- Crew Development : Provide guidance and support to help team members grow in their roles.
Requirements
