Senior Property Manager- Industrial Portfolio

Vaco is partnering with a top client based in Phoenix, AZ, to find a Senior Property Manager. This person must have experience with an industrial portfolio, as well as CAM reconciliations, budgets, and GL reviews. This is a permanent position paying up to $110k per year depending on experience. Interviews are underway now—apply today!

Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

Manage industrial properties

Oversee nearly 1 million sq. ft. with 37 tenants (multi-tenant properties, low vacancy)

Handle CAM reconciliations, budgets, and GL reviews

Must be able to build budgets from historical general ledgers and vendor contracts

Manage tenant relations, maintenance, and construction projects

Includes tenant improvements (TIs) and supervising in-house construction work

Review and understand lease types : Triple Net (NNN), gross leases, industrial leases

Use Yardi or MRI to print reports and look up tenant / account data

Our preferred qualifications :

5-10+ years’ experience in industrial property management

3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
