We are seeking Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lima, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Allen County in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization and medically managed withdrawal unit with 24 / 7 coverage.

Duties include :

• Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
• Coordinate admissions and discharges
• Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
• Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
• Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
• Manage department's operating budget
