Job descriptionPerform CT scans per physician orders and protocols. Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images. Administer IV contrast and monitor for reactions. Verify patient identity and ensure accurate documentation. Evaluate image quality and repeat studies as needed. Maintain and clean equipment; perform quality control checks. Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure efficient workflow. Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required or eligible. Georgia Radiologic Technologist license required or eligible. Current BLS certification. Minimum 1 year CT experience preferred. Proficiency with PACS and CT imaging systems. Knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety.
