Job Title : Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date : Flexible

Position Details

Join an established ENT team with 2 full-time physicians and 2 allergy nurses
Bread and butter ENT with professional autonomy
4-day workweek schedule
Average 20 patients / day (more if desired)
Weekly block OR time
Full-time medical scribes available
Equipment : Microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, in-office audiology
Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation package : $600K+

Quality incentives up to $100K

RVU bonus based on annual threshold

$50K commencement bonus

$8,000 annually for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions
