Seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction to manage multiple projects, ensure quality standards, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and address project challenges proactively
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget parameters
