Transformation Leadership Role
This role will lead and manage complex operational change initiatives that may include digital capabilities, organizational systems, and process improvement. This role will be a key contributor and facilitator for developing and implementing a clear vision and roadmap for the organizations transformation.
Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
Function as integration lead for top enterprise transformation projects for organization
Ensure legal, finance, compliance and quality are operationally focused to achieve participant value adds
Assess cross functional technology and operations systems and workflows and size the full improvement potential.
Develop a coherent vision of cross functional operations system, the implementation road map, and a change management strategy in areas of focus
Design initiatives to realize vision across the enterprise and launch identified quick wins
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and innovation within the organization.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to guide transformation efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Project Manager to Support EVP, Chief Administrative Officer
Assist the EVP / CAO in strategic planning and execution of company initiatives.
Ensure team is focused on highest priority items across EVP / CAO leadership team
Oversee special initiatives, analyze data to drive decision-making, and ensure organizational goals are met
Support Services
Advises, designs, manages operational solutions, and programs that transform core operations, maximize operational efficiencies and optimize capital assets.
Engage all levels of the organization, from the executing team members to the executive leadership team, to create ownership.
Advise on specific operational processes to support an integrated operations model
Oversees select ancillary services including but not limited to : HIM, Scheduling, participant engagement

REQUIRED
Education
Bachelor's degree in management, business, business administration
Work Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of management experience in relevant areas such as strategy, operational excellence role, transformation management or business development.
Experience with developing large scale improvement initiatives and garnering support from executive leadership through influence, messaging and polished presentations.

$136,400-$175,000
The pay may vary depending on job related factors, such as work location, experience, knowledge, skills, education, certifications, training and internal equity.
