Required : BLS, ACLS

Experience in Ambulatory OR / OR setting

Shift Specification : 5x8 Hour shift- Variable start times (0645hrs, 0830hrs, 1030hrs or 1445hrs), occasional weekends shift required. On-Call shifts not required

Minimum 1 year experience
