Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement upsell and retention strategies for mid-sized to large transit agencies
Own the upsell pipeline and manage account plans for key customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS experience in the public sector
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Strong ability to synthesize information from various stakeholders
Experience or strong interest in public transportation and mobility technology
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
