Job descriptionPosition is in a 10-bed ICU providing care for critically unstable adult medical / surgical patients Patient population includes those with acute coronary syndrome and unstable hemodynamics RN-to-patient ratio is 2 : 1 or 1 : 1 based on patient acuity and RN experience 12-hour rotating day shifts with every other weekend required Rotating holiday shifts Unit utilizes advanced cardiac monitoring systems and critical care equipment Responsibilities include continuous assessment, monitoring, and rapid intervention for patients with life-threatening conditions Must work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive critical care Supportive team environment emphasizing total patient care and family support First time travelers are not specifically precluded from consideration Active NH or Compact RN license with proof of state residency Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of 1.5 years recent ICU experience, including telemetry and Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last two years CCRN certification is preferred No local candidates; must live at least 75 miles from the facility High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
