Claims Process Optimization Analyst

Pay Range : $20 - $26 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and improve end-to-end processes within the claims lifecycle (not performing claims work directly).
• Partner closely with claims adjusters, repair teams, process owners, IT, and data partners.
• Help determine how work moves between different adjuster groups.
• Support oversight of repair processes, vendor utilization, home inspections, and member experience workflows.
• Contribute to additional living expense management workflows.
• Analyze cost, performance metrics, and operational data.
• Drive projects tied to efficiency, accuracy, and modernization of claims operations.
• Use tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and internal reporting dashboards.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership at director and executive levels.
• Analysts oversee one major experience area.
• Manage 2–5 large initiatives (“big rocks”) at any time.
• Coordination required across ~3,000 adjusters.
