Job Description & Requirements Occupational Medicine Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8 Pay Rate : $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday Friday 8a-5p. 3-4 days per week Patients per day : 20-25 Practice Setting : Urgent Care Clinic State Licensure : Kentucky Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks Facility Location Kentuckys largest city is identified by its plethora of parks and green space and its affinity for all things fun.
