What Youll Do
Source and purchase vehicles from third-party lead providers, social platforms, and Walser lead streamsMonitor new opportunities and explore alternative acquisition channelsTrack incoming leads, contact sellers, and manage communication via phone, text, and emailEnter and follow up on leads in the CRM to set purchase appointmentsSupport the sales team by helping coordinate trade-in appointmentsConduct purchase appointments when buyers are unavailable and write up purchase agreementsVerify vehicle titles, track acquisitions, and provide daily lead / purchase reportsEmbrace and uphold Walsers Core ValuesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat Youll Bring
Ability to retain information about retail and wholesale vehicle marketsStrong decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly under time constraintsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsMust be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and acceptable driving recordPhysical Demands & Work Environment
