Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Trillium has immediate openings for Accounts Receivable Coordinators in Fredericksburg!

This onsite Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking individuals to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Collections. You will be responsible for qualifying customers’ credit and credit limits. Keep accurate customer records and monitor customer balances and credit lines, along with past-due payments. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with their colleagues to resolve customer issues, along with B2B collections and performing other various duties as assigned by their manager.

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Pay is

$45,000 - $50,000 annually DOE.

Qualifications :

• Associate Degree in Accounting required; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Substantial applicable experience may be considered in place of education
• Onsite attendance is required for this position
• Outstanding oral / telephone and written communication skills
• Competent computer and software skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
