A company is looking for a Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and staffing scheduling to meet service level requirements Lead the implementation of service rollouts and develop retention strategies while managing performance evaluations Ensure compliance with data security protocols and monitor operational costs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience 5 - 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience A minimum of 5 years of experience with contact center operations A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language
