Itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist – Preschool ages 3-5

Location : Fleetwood, PA

Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site (Itinerant Role)

Estimated Dates : January 5th - June 19th (stretch calendar)

Salary Range : $62,000- $80,000 (based on experience)

About the Role :

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve preschool aged students through a placement in the Fleetwood area. This is an itinerant SLP position offering the exciting opportunity to travel between classrooms, daycares, or homes dependent on student needs. You will work with a collaborative and supportive staff trained on behaviors. This position follows a stretch calendar. This is a great fit for an adaptable SLP who enjoys working in collaborative environments and is comfortable providing services in both traditional caseloads and specialized programs.

Responsibilities :

Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs

Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams

Address speech / language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism

Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences

Caseload Details :

Supporting several CBO sites across the county

SLP will work with 3-5-year-olds in their daycare and preschool classrooms

Common disorders seen with this age group include language delay, developmental delays, and Autism

Play-based therapy and the ability to provide push-in services are advantageous

Qualifications :

PA State Speech Language Pathologist License

PA Department of Education (PDE) – Education Specialist Certificate

Strong collaboration and communication skills
