We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficiency in both professional and personal matters. This role will work alongside the CEO’s virtual executive assistant, providing hands-on support in Newport Beach.

You’ll help streamline his daily operations, manage tasks efficiently, and act as the on-the-ground support system that keeps things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As the CEO’s Personal Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting his day-to-day life and business activities, including :
Managing personal errands such as deliveries / returns, scheduling appointments, grocery shopping, dry cleaning and household organization
Collaborating with the executive assistant to provide administrative support, including note-taking, organizing files, prioritizing email and phone correspondence to keep the executive on schedule, providing timely reminders as needed
Providing basic IT support, including setting up and troubleshooting laptops, printers and other electronics, configuring software, and managing device connectivity
Assisting with the initial setup of social media accounts and providing guidance on posting, branding, and messaging strategy
Driving the executive to meetings, allowing him to stay productive while in transit
Printing, scanning, and shipping time-sensitive documents, including real estate closing materials
Becoming a notary (a plus if you already are one!) to assist with document signing and notarization needs
Supporting pet-related tasks (e.g. basic caretaking, scheduling vet appointments and other pet service needs)
Handling special projects as they arise with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
What You Bring
Must-Haves :
Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate
Resides in Newport Beach or the South Bay area
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs
Comfort with handling personal and professional tasks with discretion
Tech-savvy, with an ability to manage social media and basic digital tools
A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
Comfortable with large dogs and pet care
Love-to-Haves :
Interest in real estate or investment management
Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role
Compensation
60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
