Job Summary :

The Sr. Director of Planning and Allocation is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in Planning and Allocation with the goal of meeting / exceeding sales, margin, inventory turn and most importantly deliver high member in-stock. Providing support and partnership to the Merchant team to execute the merchandising strategies and achieve the financial goals. Promoting a collaborative team culture between P&A, Merchants, and Operations. Driving high team member engagement in service of our members. Leading the strategic roadmap for people, processes and technology.

Compensation :

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. The pay range for this position is $206,375 - $261,125.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
