Join Kellogg Community Credit Union as a Business Services Support Team Member!

The Business Services Support role is critical to the organization and is responsible for supporting the business lenders and members. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective, new, and existing business members.

Responsibilities :

• Process new commercial loans which includes but is not limited to : appraisal, title work, environmental order and review, construction draw management
• Work with miscellaneous commercial vendors and platforms
• Performs monthly and annually servicing tasks related to existing business loans
• Prepares member business account documents including new account, checking accounts, and loans as well as collects and gets signatures on appropriate paperwork.
• Develops and maintains relationships with members and team members.
• Maintains high product knowledge by learning new selling techniques, new products and market trends.
• Promotes and exceeds the Credit Unions service values and standards of a world class experience for members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

One to three years similar or related experience

Strong knowledge of commercial lending terms and practices preferred

Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite.

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Effective communication skills, written and oral.

Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships.
