DIE CUTTER OPERATOR PEACHTREE CITY, GA

Operates Offline Die Cutter Machine to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications :

• Operate Die Cutter machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation.
• Prepares Die Cutter by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting.
• Perform a variety of make ready tasks for high productivity and precision operations, resolves defects and adjustments to produce high quality product.
• Oversee General technicians working on equipment.
• Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality.
• Ensure efficient and rapid make ready, with unloading and loading.

Must-haves

3+ yrs of offline die cutting operator experience (preferably with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters). Ability to perform a variety of make readies, resolve defects, troubleshoot and make adjustments.
