Job Title – Managing Director – Technology Vertical

Work Setup - Onsite / hybrid : Minimum 3 days per week in office, with onsite client meetings every week.

Locations- Multiple Locations

We’re hiring a Managing Director to launch, scale, and lead local markets for our high-growth Technology Vertical. This is your chance to own a P&L, build a team from the ground up, and expand into enterprise technology accounts with the backing of a global services firm.

What You’ll Do

  • Open and grow new local markets and lines of business.
  • Personally maintain 7+ weekly client meetings with VP / Director-level executives.
  • Drive high-volume outbound business development.
  • Hire, coach, and ramp 3–5 Account Executives.
  • Lead in-office 3+ days / week to model culture and discipline.
  • Sell staffing, consulting, and project-based services.
  • Build executive relationships across business and procurement.
  • Enforce pipeline reviews, activity metrics, and recruiting alignment.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in IT staffing / consulting, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Track record building teams, offices, or books from scratch.
  • Proven hunter mentality; consistent quota overachievement.
  • Enterprise sales experience with VP+ technology executives.
  • Background in large staffing firms and / or boutique growth shops.
  • Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, and digital trends.
  • Direct BD experience beyond MSP fulfillment.
