Job description

Castle is the finance app that saves homeowners time and money.

Homeowners use Castle to pay for and track all of their home expenses in one place. Castle then monitors those transactions for opportunities to save . The average Castle customer saves more than $10,000 on their home.

Housing affordability is a major problem in the U.S. At Castle, we believe that homeowners deserve better data when it comes to managing their biggest asset. Were building payments infrastructure for the largest consumer category in the U.S. to help people automate, consolidate, and reduce their spend.

You will be responsible for leading both Castles D2C and B2B2C distribution strategies and anchoring our growth team. This includes identifying new growth channels, driving revenue generation, and establishing long-term relationships with key partners in the residential real estate, finance, and insurance industries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is both analytical and results-driven, and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Core responsibilities include :

Designing and experimenting with new acquisition strategies across partnerships, paid, organic, and product-led referral mechanisms.

Identifying growth channels, new market segments, and GTM approaches through user research, partner development, and rapid experimentation to unlock scalable growth paths.

Building scalable systems to track, report, and improve on growth KPIs across the entire funnel.

Collaborating with product and design to create lifecycle touch points and retention strategies that educate users on Castles value and drive repeat engagement.

What you'll need :

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment with limited resources.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.

Strong understanding of residential real estate, finance, and insurance industries preferred.

Data-driven with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).

Customer obsession with a love of homes and homeowners.

Qualifications :

Proven experience (4+ years) in growth, business development, or sales, preferably in a tech startup.

Strong track record of driving revenue growth and scaling new market opportunities.

Experience developing and managing sales pipelines from lead generation to closing deals.

Experience in scaling a company from early-stage to growth.
