Job descriptionHS Graduate or GED Driver's license is required (Good driving record) 5+ years extensive field and survey experience in boundary, topographic and construction surveying Strong communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients Occasional lifting / carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. Driving to and from various project sites. Physical Surveys ALTA / NSPS Topographic Boundary Elevation Certificates Construction Layout
General Responsibilities :
- Accurately calculate and record field data
- Reviews job specifications and plans field work methods and costs
- Operate survey instruments, manual and power tools to obtain data
- Locate and identify property corners
- Stake and measures control points
- Prepare and maintain inventory of equipment and materials
