Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Location : 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115
Pay : $21 / hour plus commissions
Hours : Full time : 40 hours / week (4 / 10 hour days including one weekend day a week)

- Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and transition team members across duties
- Dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for improving customer experience and team performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in customer service and / or sales management required
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Open and close the storefront, manage employee daily schedules, breaks, and task listsWelcome customers, assist with their inquiries, and guide them to the right solutionsHold team members accountable for delivering excellent service with a friendly attitudeMonitor customer service operations, including tracking parts orders and team member productivityTrain employees on company software, policies, and proceduresSet, communicate, and follow up on goals and tasks for the team to ensure accountabilityFoster a culture of excellence in customer service through accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitudeIdentify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutionsMaster company software to assist customers and support team membersHandle customer transactions (cash and card) using the company's point of sale systemProactively resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and proceduresDevelop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfactionBenefits :
