Overview

You will be part of the HR / Talent team, supporting HR Business Partners in various business units / functions, handling onboarding, salary / benefits administration, immigration / relocation, exit clearance, and other day-to-day people matters.

Responsibilities

Salary / Benefits Administration

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits, salary, and insurance matters.
  • Responsible for processing and verifying monthly payroll and reports.
  • Ensure the personal cost tracker is updated with data on leavers and joiners.

Onboarding Experience

  • Handle all onboarding procedures, including preparing administrative documents, contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and liaising with IT and admin for onboarding new employees.

    • Immigration / Relocation

  • Manage work pass applications and resolve related issues.
  • Coordinate with global mobility for employee transfers, including arrangements for accommodation and shipping.

    • Exit Experience

  • Serve as the main contact for outbound employees, including letter generation and last pay determination.

    • Other People Matters

  • Support business partners during performance reviews, promotions, salary increases, and bonus exercises.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and internal policies.

    • Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR operations or administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Experience across the entire employee lifecycle is essential.
  • Experience in other industries or HR best practices is a plus.
