• Work Environment : This position is based on-site in Bedford, IN. Following the completion of your initial onboarding and training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model depending on performance and operational requirements.

Opportunity Overview :

As the BSA Officer, you'll lead and inspire our team in a critical compliance role responsible for administering and ensuring adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, OFAC requirements, and the USA PATRIOT Act. This position oversees the enterprise-wide BSA / AML compliance program, manages risk assessments, and serves as the designated BSA and OFAC Officer for Hoosier Hills Credit Union.
