Call rotation 1 : 4

Monday " Friday work schedule - flexible

Approximately 12-25 clinic patients per day

Office is in Hobart, IN

Full time / permanent position

EMR system is EPIC

Requirements

Sub-specialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.
