We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven
Consultant
to join our growing media team. As a
Growth Media Consultant , you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, focusing on driving conversions and maximizing ROI. You will shape our paid search strategy and contribute to our media success.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing all elements of paid search campaigns including keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign creation.
Develop daily and weekly reports to inform performance.
Identify testing opportunities within advertising platforms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to find high-potential search terms.
Create compelling ad copy and identify opportunities for A / B testing.
Perform account health maintenance tasks such as weekly search query reports.
Benchmark campaign results against historical and competitive data, staying ahead of industry trends.
Manage budgets to drive growth, new business sales, and customer lifetime value.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
Ensure proper campaign tracking / tagging for data capture.
Support QA efforts and work effectively within a team environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This role does not include supervisory duties.
Preferred Qualifications : Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Experience with high-volume accounts preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Google Ads Certification.
Microsoft Ads Certification.
Functional Skills
Experience with paid search platforms like Google and Bing Ads.
Experience with bidding platforms such as Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin.
Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
Knowledge of competitive insight tools like Adthena and SEMRush.
Budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities.
Ability to influence decision-making in a matrix environment.
Proactive approach to performance improvement.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.

Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $50,700.00 - $89,062.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
