Job description

Employment Law Attorney (2+ Years) | $130K–$200K Base + Bonuses | Los Angeles, CA (On-Site, Flex Available)

A respected plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles is hiring up to two Employment Law Attorneys to join their fast-growing team. These are growth positions ideal for attorneys passionate about fighting for employee rights under California’s FEHA laws —with or without trial experience.

About the Role :

You’ll work on meaningful employment litigation matters involving :

  • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under FEHA
  • Wrongful termination and wage & hour disputes
  • Full-scope litigation from intake through resolution—settlement or trial

This is a full-service litigation role. While early resolution is always considered, the firm prepares every case for trial and has a track record of millions recovered for California workers.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff or defense)
  • Experience with FEHA laws
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong legal writing, discovery, and client communication skills
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required
  • A desire to grow with a high-performing litigation team
  • Compensation & Perks :

  • Base Salary : $130,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus : % of recoverables (typically $40K–$50K / year additional)
  • Medical / Dental / Vision : Stipend covers 50%–100% depending on plan
  • PTO : 2.5+ weeks, 5 sick days, firm holidays (negotiable)
  • 401(k) : Employer match
  • Location : On-site in Downtown Los Angeles with flexible scheduling options

Apply now if you're a motivated employment litigator who wants to fight for justice—and get rewarded for results—in a fast-paced, trial-prepared firm environment.
