Associate Business Development Manager

Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives through research, assisting with the development of client materials and presentations, managing CRM and team systems, and coordinating projects across cross-functional partners. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying potential new client opportunities.
  • Draft and edit pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials.
  • Gather and format data, case studies, and success stories for presentations.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all business development documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Support pipeline management by tracking opportunities and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, take notes, and track action items.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and materials for client or leadership meetings.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the business development team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input for proposals and materials.
  • Support follow-up communications with prospects and clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for information requests within the team.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the applicable field.
  • Strong sales presentation and development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data.
