ICU RN Job Details

Location : Keene, NH 03431

Assignment Length : 13-week travel contract (December 8, 2025 – March 7, 2026)

Healthcare Setting : 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Nursing Shift : 12-hour days (07 : 00 – 19 : 00), rotating schedule

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Schedule : Every other weekend, rotating holidays

Patient Ratios : 2 : 1 or 1 : 1, based on acuity and RN experience

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience

Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact Nursing License (proof of state residency required)

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Telemetry nursing experience required

CCRN certification preferred

ICU RN Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour critical care nursing to medical / surgical patients with unstable vital signs

Rapidly recognize and treat life-threatening complications in the ICU

Utilize advanced patient monitoring and electronic documentation systems

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care

Support and educate patients and families throughout critical illness

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and nursing care
