In this role, you will interact with customers through live chat on our website to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a web-based environment.Excellent typing and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.Work Environment :
