Team and Responsibilities

UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including UX / UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers-to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
• Experience : 5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings
• Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
• Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects
• Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences
• Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods
