What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions while maintaining access control procedures. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as directed by site-specific protocols. Follow all Allied Universal and client policies, procedures, and post orders while on duty at financial institution locations.

Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Being at least 21 years of age is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
