Their customer base is rapidly expanding, so they're scaling aggressively over the next 12 months, making this hire absolutely critical. In the last year alone, their headcount has grown 133%! 🚀

What You’ll Do :

• Train and fine-tune LLMs and audio models for production speed, accuracy, and reliability
• Build datasets and define rigorous benchmarks to evaluate model performance
• Deploy models to production and monitor performance at scale
• Design and run scalable human evaluation pipelines
• Improve ML infrastructure for rapid experimentation and continuous delivery
