Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our remote team for an exciting Greenfield program aimed at delivering digital capabilities for online sales.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technology solutions and recommendations to enhance our client's website and deliver enriched product information, as well as 'Click and Collect' eCommerce capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and propose solutions in Salesforce for the delivery of digital capabilities for online sales
  • Review and recommend solutions for platform stability and sprint deliverables developed by team members
  • Collaborate with Salesforce for weekly and quarterly touchbase on the solutions and recommendations to align

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certified in Salesforce Service Cloud and Architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and ability to suggest solutions to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate solutions to stakeholders and team members
  • Experience in the Retail domain
  • Fluent in English at a B2 level or higher

    • Nice to have

  • Experience in UX design and technology selection
  • Experience in Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Content Management System, Integration to Marketing cloud, customer service systems and Order Management System would be an added advantage
