Job Summary

Job Description
- Review and archive documentation onsite.
- Work with MSAT partners to identify and analyze production trends.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of work.
- Assist supervisors in training new staff.
- Ensure the daily schedule is followed and coordinate production jobs.
- Release Work Orders to the Production floor.
- Build partnerships and working relationships with internal teams and laborers.
- Promote a culture of Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement.
Skills Required
4-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field.Solid understanding of pharmaceutical operations (API, FPM, QC, Supply Chain / Warehouse, Validation, Quality Systems).Expertise in cGMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMEA, ICH, etc.).Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences.Strong planning and prioritization skills.Ability to anticipate, assess risk, and proactively resolve issues.Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement mindset.Coaching decision-making processes.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP, Dev@Com, ValGenesis, PharmDoss, and MES.Education / Training / Certifications
A relevant degree in a scientific, engineering, or pharmaceutical-related discipline is preferred.Additional Requirements
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.Willingness to work onsite with paper documentation and digital tools.Proactive and collaborative team player.Shift : 10 : 00 AMPay Rate / Salary
