HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

    • HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule :

  • Pay Range : $90- $105 / hour
  • Full-Time : 25 hours / week or Part-Time Available
  • Shifts : Flexible, based on your availability
  • Location : Woodstock, MD 21163

    • HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and Qualifications :

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
