Job description

Internal Medicine Primary Care Opportunity

About the Position :

Outpatient Only Practice - no hospital call
Work in a collaborative environment with access to multidisciplinary resources and specialists.
Volumes range based on provider avg. 16-20ppd
Multiple clinic options with space to house a new provider
Flexible 4 or 4.5 day work week

Optional : Potential to augment practice with additional roles including; inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and / or nursing home rounding / directorships

Compensation & Benefits :

Offering a $350k base salary or BOE

Production bonuses based on wRVU production incentives - ($550k+ documented potential)

Quality bonuses for value-based care initiatives.

Sign-on bonus

Student stipend (if applicable)

Relocation and educational loan assistance (if applicable).

Paid professional liability insurance.

3 weeks PTO / year, 7 paid holidays, and 9 sick leave days.

1 week CME leave with a $4,500 allowance for CME, dues, and subscriptions.
