Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Technical Director of Construction to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex projects across the Caribbean. This role requires a results-driven leader with deep expertise in MEP systems, high-rise / vertical construction, and federal or healthcare projects. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery, strategic vision, and strong leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and direction for multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead design, construction, and commissioning activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and claims, driving timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and federal agencies, including State Department, DHS, or DoD projects.
• Mentor and guide project managers and technical staff to optimize performance and execution.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the Caribbean to ensure successful project oversight.
