Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required
