OSP Aerial Lineman

Job Overview A leading communications contractor is seeking experienced Aerial Construction Crew Members to support a variety of HFC / Broadband infrastructure projects. Technicians will work in two-person field teams (including a groundhand / helper) on projects such as BAU, spans, relocations, Hyperbuild, Newbuild, and Metro-E deployments. This role is based in the Tennessee market, with potential expansion into other regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aerial cable construction tasks including :
• Overlashing
• Strand deployment
• Pole mounting and transfers
• Anchor installation
• Make-readies
• Fiber and coaxial cable pulling
• Splicing (if qualified; otherwise, dedicated splicers provided)
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Produce post-construction as-builts and mark-ups
• Execute work with a focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency
• Collaborate with construction coordinators and adhere to project standards

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
