Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.

AT&T has an opening for a Project Manager (PjM) to support the National Security Sector in providing information technology upgrades.

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in Chantilly, Virginia. No relocation is offered.

The job duties of the Project Manager are as follows :

Strategic Planning & Requirements Management :

• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering sessions to clarify network or systems service needs and issue targeted requests for information (RFI) when necessary.
• Lead technical assessments across multiple disciplines, applying industry best practices to evaluate network or systems standard requirements and implementation feasibility.
• Analyze Request for Change (RFC) requirements and provide strategic recommendations that align network service delivery with broader business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership :

Systems Engineering & Solution Development :

Business Process Improvement :

Project Execution & Stakeholder Management :

Risk Management & Quality Assurance :

Required Clearance : TS / SCI with polygraph.

Required Qualifications : Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years, master's and 4 years, bachelor's and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years. Required qualifications include the following :

Our Project Manager (IT-IA-IM Prog / Proj Mgr II) (Government) earns between $89,200 - $160,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
